1. General

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Live77Bet.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address or device.
• Live77Bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in account suspension.
• Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members of Live77Bet and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Live77Bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account found to contain false or misleading information.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy fees or closure as per applicable law.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is $10 AUD.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is $30 AUD.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). You may be required to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and proof of address.
• Live77Bet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification or fraud review.
• Deposits and withdrawals are processed via PayID, Bank Transfer and Cryptocurrency. Processing times are 1–3 minutes for deposits and 3–15 minutes for withdrawals under normal conditions. See our deposit guide for full instructions.
• Live77Bet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees (e.g. bank or network fees) are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• The $27 AUD welcome credit is available to new players only and is credited upon successful account registration.
• The 50% First Deposit Bonus applies to a player's first qualifying deposit only.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Live77Bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Live77Bet is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account (duplicate accounts)
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks or false payment disputes
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained through illegal activity

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Live77Bet provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, internet outages or circumstances beyond our control.
• In the event of a game malfunction or error, Live77Bet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Our total liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days.

10. Termination

Live77Bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraud, breach of these terms, or suspected problem gambling. Upon closure of an account, any remaining balance of verified funds will be returned to the player after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations.

11. Governing Law
